On March 10, 2008, OpenTV Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors had appointed Ben Bennett as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bennett, age 45, assumes this role after having served as Acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer since August 29, 2007. Previously, Mr. Bennett served as the Company’s Senior Vice President & Managing Director for European operations since September 2005. In addition, from April 2001 through September 2005, Mr. Bennett served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Company’s Worldwide Professional Services and Support group. The current terms of Mr. Bennett’s employment with the Company are described in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 14, 2007.
