("BRBH") effective as of June 28, 2010, the closing date of the share exchange disclosed in the BRBH Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on July 2, 2010, and was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of BRBH effective as of July 12, 2010, the expiration of the 10 day period after the date of the filing by BRBH of a Schedule 14(f) with the SEC.
