2. The filing officers and entities (Salient and SMHG) all own a portion of Pinnacle Trust Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Salient Partners, L.P., via their ownership of Salient. Pinnacle Trust Co. provided the seed capital of $100,000 for the TEI Fund.
