Note 14. Subsequent Events

On May 1, 2018 the IRS issued a closing audit notice related to the income tax return for fiscal year ended January 31, 2015. On May 31, 2018 we settled our employment tax audit for calendar years 2015 and 2016. The settlement of the both audits will result in an immaterial impact to our financial statements.
