Shares and per share data have been adjusted for all periods presented to reflect a two-for-one stock split effective September 16, 2016.

Incremental shares from options and restricted stock units are computed by the treasury stock method. Options to purchase 509,805 and 556,634 shares of common stock during the second quarter of fiscal 2017 and 2016, respectively, were excluded from diluted net earnings per share because they were anti-dilutive. Options to purchase 404,096 and 491,504 shares of common stock during the first six months of fiscal 2017 and 2016, respectively, were excluded from diluted net earnings per share because they were anti-dilutive.
