7. Commitments and Contingencies From time to time, the Company is a party to legal actions. In the opinion of management, the outcome of these matters will not have a material impact on the financial statements of the Company. Contract Commitments—The Company is obligated to make payments under various contracts with vendors and other business partners, principally for revenue-share and content arrangements.
