| Costs Associated With Restructuring Activities | COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESTRUCTURING ACTIVITIES On November 16, 2015, the Company’s Board of Directors approved the strategic decision to relocate its headquarters from Scottsdale, Arizona to Dallas, Texas. The Company began occupying temporary office space in the new headquarters in the spring of 2016 and finalized the move to the new office space in late September 2016. As a result of moving its corporate headquarters, the Company incurred various restructuring charges, including employee separation and relocation costs. Restructuring charges incurred for the year ended December 31, 2016 were $6.3 million, and are included within restructuring charges on the accompanying consolidated statements of operations. The cumulative restructuring costs associated with the headquarters relocation was $20.5 million, all of which was incurred in 2015 and 2016. There were no restructuring costs incurred for the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively. |
