NOTE 6. STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY

In July 2018 we issued 25,000 shares of common stock to a consultant for services, valued at $.20 per share. In January 2017, we issued 10,000 shares of common stock to a consultant for services, valued at $0.21 per share. In May 2017, we issued 10,000 shares of common stock to a consultant for services, valued at $0.30 per share. For the three months ended September 30, 2018 and 2017 we recorded $5,000 and $0 in compensation expense related to these issuances. For the nine months ended September 30, 2018 and 2017 we recorded a total of $5,000 and $10,900 in compensation expense related to these issuances.
