Subsequent Events On February 20, 2023, following the conclusion of the Company's review of strategic alternatives, the Company's Board of Directors unanimously approved the dissolution and liquidation of the Company pursuant to a plan of complete liquidation and dissolution, which plan is subject to stockholder approval.
