| Employee Benefit Plans | Employee Benefit Plans We sponsor a 401(k) defined contribution plan covering all employees. A management committee determines matching contributions made by us annually. Matching contributions are made in cash and were $0.5 million and $0.4 million under this plan for the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2015. |
