| Common Stock Repurchases | Common Stock Repurchases We repurchased and retired 1.9 million shares of our common stock for $48.3 million in the three months ended May 31, 2016 and 2.4 million shares for $60.0 million in the six months ended May 31, 2016. In the three and six months ended May 31, 2015, we repurchased and retired 1.0 million shares for $25.0 million and 1.3 million shares for $32.9 million, respectively. The shares were repurchased in both periods as part of our Board of Directors authorized share repurchase program. In March 2016, our Board of Directors authorized a new $100.0 million share repurchase program, which increased the total authorization to $202.8 million. As of May 31, 2016, there is $154.5 million remaining under this current authorization. |
