SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 10, 2018 the Company entered into a promissory note with a related party for $30,000. The note is due January 15, 2019, is unsecured and bears an interest rate of 3.0% per annum. On April 10, 2018 the Company issued 120,000 shares of common stock at $0.50 per share to a related party for cash proceeds of $60,000.
