RESTRUCTURING	NOTE H – RESTRUCTURING We recorded a restructuring charge of $0.8 million, which included $0.4 million of severance costs for the six months ended June 30, 2017. The other costs recorded as restructuring are comprised of $0.2 million for the loss on sublease of our Dallas office, and $0.2 million in legal costs.
