Escrow funds relate to the sale of the Human Services segment, which was completed on
November
1,
2015.
The escrow funds are scheduled to be released
fifteen
months following the closing, although the amount to be released is subject to reduction to the extent indemnified representation and warranty claims are identified and agreed with the buyer. During
2016,
the Company recorded
$6,000
in Accrued Liabilities, as an estimate of potential claims against the escrow funds, and as such, the escrow funds have not yet been released. See Note
19,
