Comprehensive Income (Loss) Note [Text Block]	NOTE 23 – ACCUMULATED OTHER COMPREHENSIVE INCOME (LOSS) At December 31, 2014, accumulated other comprehensive loss, net of tax effects (as applicable), consists of a net unrealized gain on available for sale securities of $0.2 million and the fair value of an interest rate swap of negative $0.2 million. At December 31, 2013, accumulated other comprehensive income, net of tax effects (as applicable), consists of a net unrealized loss on available for sale securities of $5.4 million and the fair value of an interest rate swap of negative $0.2 million. At December 31, 2012, accumulated other comprehensive income, net of tax effects (as applicable), consists of a net unrealized gain on available for sale securities of $2.4 million and the fair value of an interest rate swap of negative $0.7 million.
