During 2016, the Company issued 26,474 shares of its no par value common stock to its Employee Stock Purchase Plan, for employee years of service awards, and for its directors’ deferred compensation plan. The aggregate value of these shares was $221,000. During 2015, the Company issued 17,775 shares of its no par value common stock to its Employee Stock Purchase Plan, for employee years of service awards, and for its directors’ deferred compensation plan. The aggregate value of these shares was $106,000. |
