| Commitments | Commitments In the normal course of business, the Company has open purchase and sale commitments. At June 30, 2014, the Company had purchase commitments to fund mortgage loans and affordable housing projects of $25.7 million. Subsequent to June 30, 2014 the Company entered into commitments to fund additional mortgage loans of $4.2 million. |
