11 — Employee Benefit Plan
We sponsor a 401(k) tax-deferred savings plan under which eligible employees may elect to have a portion of their salary deferred and contributed to the plan. Employer matching contributions are determined by management and are discretionary. Employer matching contributions were $221,903 and $162,581, respectively, for the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014. Employer contributions vest ratably over five years.
