| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS |
On
July 11, 2012, the Company announced the signing of leases for two
new stores in the Greater Boston area. The first of these stores
will be located in Plaistow, New Hampshire, and the second will be
located in Waltham, Massachusetts. The Company expects to open
these stores before the 2012 Halloween season.
