Party Transactions
During
the three months ended December 31, 2012, the Company
incurred $28,804 in management fees paid in cash to directors
and officers of the Company (March 2011 - $Nil).
The
above transactions have been recorded at an exchange amount
which is the amount of consideration established and agreed
to by the related parties.
