| Loss Contingency Request For Information | In 2013 the Company received subpoenas from the Department of Justice requesting information relating primarily to parts manufactured in the United Kingdom and China used in the F-35 fighter jet. In May 2017, Honeywell received a declination letter from the Department of Justice stating that it would not pursue any criminal prosecution of the Company or its employees. This matter is now fully resolved. |
