COMMON STOCK TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 4 - COMMON STOCK TRANSACTIONS During the six months ended June 30, 2011, the Company issued an aggregate of 35,000 shares of its common stock (the “Shares”) to a former director, two former contract personnel, and one existing contract personnel, for services provided. The market value of the stock on the date of issuance was $350,000.
