| Related Parties | Related Parties As of the closing of the Command acquisition on June 1, 2015, the Company leases the former Command headquarters in Skokie, Illinois, from a company owned by Paul Loeb, the former owner of Command who joined the Echo Board of Directors in June 2015. The lease requires monthly rental payments of $54,638 for the duration of the lease, which ends on December 31, 2018. The Company is obligated to pay real estate taxes, insurance and all building maintenance costs in addition to the minimum rental payments for the facility related to this lease. The total rental expense related to this lease included in the Company's consolidated statements of operations for the nine months ended September 30, 2016 was $491,742. All amounts due under the lease were paid as of September 30, 2016, and thus there was no liability due to the related party at September 30, 2016. |
