| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On January 1, 2015, as a result of an organizational restructuring, the Company established new reportable operating segments to assess performance by type of customer and end market: Government Aviation Services, Commercial Aviation Services, Oil & Gas Aviation Services and Manufacturing & MRO. On March 3, 2015, Udo Rieder informed the board of directors that he will retire from his positions as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and as a member of the board of directors, effective March 31, 2015. The board of directors had appointed Jeffrey Roberts as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2015. |
