| Receivables | 4. Receivables At December 31, 2014, the Company had a receivable of $2.0 million, primarily related to amounts recoverable from its insurance carrier, associated with ongoing legal proceedings. See “Note 10 – Commitments and Contingencies” for additional information on legal proceedings. At December 31, 2013, the receivable of $0.1 million was primarily related to annual licensing fees due to the Company. Due to the likelihood of the collectability of the accounts receivable, no allowance was recorded. |
