| Income Taxes | Income Taxes The Company’s effective tax rate for the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014 was 30.6% and 26.7%, respectively. The Company and its subsidiaries file income tax returns in the U.S. federal jurisdiction, and various state and foreign jurisdictions including Canada. With a few exceptions, the Company is no longer subject to tax examinations by tax authorities for years prior to 2010. |
