Employee Benefit Plans
The Company has a 401(k) savings plan that allows eligible employees to defer a percentage of their salary, not to exceed $17,500 in 2014 and 2013 and $17,000 in 2012. The Company matches an amount equal to 100% of the first 1% of eligible earnings and 50% of the next 2% through 6% eligible earnings. All participant contributions are 100% vested. Employer contributions become 20% vested after one year of service and 100% vested after completion of two years of service. For 2014, 2013 and 2012, the Company’s contributions to this plan were $9.0 million, $7.0 million, and $4.9 million, respectively.
