| Subsequent Event | Subsequent Event Distribution. On November 2, 2015, the board of directors of MLP GP, the Partnership's general partner, declared a quarterly cash distribution for the period July 1, 2015, through September 30, 2015, of $0.1725 per unit, or $17.4 million in total. This distribution is payable on November 20, 2015, to unitholders of record as of November 13, 2015. |
