Subsequent Events	15. Subsequent Events On July 18, 2011, Spansion and Samsung entered into a Patent License and Settlement Agreement as contemplated by the MOU. The Agreement replaces the MOU, discussed in Note 14 above, and contains substantially identical terms and conditions.
