Zhao
Shang Ke Hubei is an equity investment affiliate of the
Company. Amounts due to Zhao Shang Ke Hubei
represented the aggregate balance of the temporary
non-interest bearing working capital loans borrowed by the
Company’s VIEs from Zhao Shang Ke Hubei as of each of
the report dates.
