The Company did not receive any proceeds from the two secondary offerings as all shares sold in the offerings were owned by certain of the Company's existing stockholders.
The selling stockholders paid all of the underwriting discounts and commissions associated with the sale of shares in the two secondary offerings; however, the Company incurred costs and registration expenses related to the offerings of approximately $925,000 during the year ended December 29, 2013.
