Note 1. NATURE OF OPERATIONS	Mayetok, Inc. (“the Company”) was incorporated in the state of Nevada on April 29, 2008. On June 8, 2010, the Company changed its name to First American Silver Corp. In October 2010, the Company entered into Property Option Agreements to acquire 100% interests in three mineral properties located in Nevada. On April 15, 2011 the Company entered into a Property Option Agreement with Pyramid Lake LLC and Anthony A. Longo to acquire a 100% interest in the Esmeralda Property, also located in Nevada. These properties have been acquired for prospecting, exploration and production of gold, silver, and all other metals. Development and exploration activities are currently being undertaken.
