9. Related Party Transactions

During the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended December 25, 2021 and December 26, 2020, the Company had capital expenditures with Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc., a specialty retail vendor in the flooring market. These capital

expenditures amounted to $0.2 million and $0.1 million in the thirteen weeks ended December 25, 2021 and December 26, 2020, respectively. These capital expenditures amounted to $0.6 million and $0.2 million in the thirty-nine weeks ended December 25, 2021 and September 25, 2020, respectively, and were recorded as property and equipment, net on the condensed consolidated balance sheets. Certain members of the Company’s board of directors either currently serve on the board of directors or as an executive officer at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc.
