| Schedule of Redemption Percentage of Notes | Accordingly, the PhaRMA Notes will be redeemable at the option of Royalty Sub at any time at a redemption price equal to the percentage of the outstanding principal balance of the PhaRMA Notes being redeemed specified below for the period in which the redemption occurs, plus accrued and unpaid interest through the redemption date on the PhaRMA Notes being redeemed.
