The repurchase authorization does not have an expiration date.  Under the program, we used $60.2 million to purchase 1,044,300 shares of common stock through the end of 2008, at an average price of $57.58 per share.  In the first quarter of 2009, we used an additional $6.1 million to purchase 234,456 shares of common stock at an average price of $26.20 per share.  No shares were purchased in the remainder of 2009.  During the first half of 2010, we purchased 180,000 shares of our common stock for $3.5 million, an average price of $19.63 per share. As of June 30, 2010, we had $30.2 million under this program available to purchase shares.
