On January 3, 2018, the Company received a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) approval from the Israel Ministry of Health (MoH) for its Israeli contract manufacturing facility. The GMP certificate confirms the Company's manufacturing site compliance with Israeli GMPs which are recognized as equivalent with EU standards. On February 5, 2018, the Company appointed Anthony Polverino, Ph.D., as a board member. Dr. Polverino, is currently interim chief scientific officer of Kite (formerly Kite Pharma and now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gilead Sciences) and a highly accomplished senior biopharmaceutical executive with more than 25 years' industry experience in drug research and development. On February 5, 2018 Dr. Robert Shorr left the Company’s board of directors. In accordance with ASC 855 “Subsequent Events” the Company evaluated subsequent events through the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. The Company concluded that no other subsequent events have occurred that would require recognition or disclosure in the condensed consolidated financial statements. |
