| Warranty Reserves | Warranty Reserves A reserve has been established to provide for the estimated future cost of warranties on a portion of the Company’s delivered products and is classified within other accrued liabilities on the condensed consolidated balance sheets. Management periodically reviews the reserves and makes adjustments accordingly. Warranties cover such factors as non-conformance to specifications and defects in material and workmanship. The following table shows the changes in the warranty reserves for the three months ended May 31, 2019 (in thousands):
