| Debt Disclosure [Text Block] | Note 7—Non -Recourse Debt Non-Recourse Debt –Bank of Montreal (“BMO”) As of March 31, 2020 and September 30, 2019, the Company recorded a liability to BMO of approximately $96,000 and $22,000, respectively, which has been recorded in accounts payable and accrued expenses on the Company’s consolidated balance sheet. The funds were subsequently remitted to BMO on April 10, 2020 and October 10, 2019, respectively. The liability to BMO is recorded when actual collections are received. |
