| Loss Per Common Share | Loss Per Common Share The effect of options, restricted stock and restricted stock units equaling 8.3 million shares and 6.9 million shares of common stock were excluded from the calculation of diluted weighted average shares outstanding for the three months ended March 31, 2015 and March 31, 2014, respectively, because the exercise price or grant price of the securities exceeded the average market price of the Company's common stock for these periods. The weighted average share impacts of options, restricted stock and restricted stock units that were excluded from the calculation of weighted average shares due to the Company's incurring a net loss for the three months ended March 31, 2015 and March 31, 2014 were 2.5 million and 0.8 million, respectively. |
