| Basis of Presentation Policy | Basis of Presentation These unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared pursuant to the rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) and, in our opinion, reflect all adjustments of a normal, recurring nature that are necessary for the fair presentation of our financial condition, results of operations and cash flows for the periods presented. These unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements do not include all of the information and note disclosures required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”) for annual financial statements. Therefore, this information should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements and related notes included in our 2015 Annual Report on Form 10-K as filed with the SEC on October 22, 2015. We consistently applied the accounting policies described in the notes to our consolidated financial statements included in our 2015 Annual Report on Form 10-K in preparing these unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements. |

| Use of Estimates Policy | Use of Estimates The preparation of these financial statements in accordance with GAAP requires management to make certain estimates, assumptions and judgments that affect the reported amount of assets and liabilities and the disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities at the date of the financial statements and the reported amount of revenues and expenses during the reporting period. Although we believe our estimates, assumptions and judgments are reasonable, actual results may differ materially from our estimates under different assumptions, judgments or conditions. |
