| Supplemental Cash Flow Information | SUPPLEMENTAL CASH FLOW INFORMATION Cash paid for state income taxes totaled $223,000, $211,000 and $172,000 for the years ended December 31, 2016, 2015 and 2014, respectively. Foreign taxes withheld totaled $14,776,000, $4,421,000 and $5,159,000 for the years ended December 31, 2016, 2015 and 2014, respectively. Refer to Note 5 for accrued foreign taxes payable.
